Poland has advanced from last year’s 25th place to 24th in the World Bank’s “Doing Business” ranking, according to an annual report published on Tuesday. Warsaw’s City Hall plans to replace several of the decades-old Russian trains with 30 new ones, and to build two new sections of the second metro line at both ends: to the east and the west of the Vistula river.
